Well I figure a 'post-human' state is one where you exist beyond your current form, but exist none the less . If you impress something upon an individuals mind, and change them - I think of that as an extension of yourself. Your physical being is shed, your arms and legs, your heart, they transform into synaptic growth in someone else's brian. Its like the dream I had of my friend, she passed away many years ago - but there she was in my dreams influencing the way I woke up and viewed the world the next morning.
